IT Change Manager with French/Dutch language skills
The Change Expert anticipates the potential impacts of projects or other management initiatives in terms of change for staff, details the changes in question, estimates the accompanying needs for the successful implementation of this change, and proposes Change decision-makers (hierarchy) and actors of change (project managers in particular) an approach and a plan to follow and their declension in activities, all in order to ensure the acceptance of the changes and guarantee the enduring adoption of change by the people concerned.
Once this approach is accepted, the Change Management Expert mobilizes and manages the necessary means, with a view to maximum impact (success of the change) and optimal efficiency.
1. Project plan, approach and needs
The function analysis applications for projects or changes, identifies which implies a substantial change for staff and believes the support needs in order to provide decision makers with changes (business) as well as actors of change (head project) to follow an approach that maximizes the expected benefits of change and reduce the risks of non-acceptance, while staying in a logical "end-to-end."
2. Coordination of implementation activities
On the basis of the change management plan chosen and in agreement with the project manager and/or the hierarchy concerned, the function:
- Defines and communicates the role of each in the dynamics of change
Coordinates and carries out the follow-up of the various actors (ambassadors, trainers ...)
- Supports them in their possible needs of skill growth
- Animates the actors of the change in order to guarantee the proximity "terrain"
- Ensures a perfect integration with the project planning and with any other initiatives (intra or inter-directional);
- Contributes to a constructive team dynamics, ensuring the transparency and effective collaboration of the people involved
To ensure alignment and integration of all initiatives related to the same target groups.
Management support
The function organizes with the management concerned by the changes various activities of supervision
- Formal activities such as information sessions, coaching ...
- Informal activities (sounding board ...)
- All other actions to enhance their competence and effectiveness in managing change.
In order to frame, prepare and guide the management and the hierarchy concerned by the changes to best manage the human aspects of accompanying change.
Reporting and sustainability of change
The function performs the monitoring and evaluation of the impact of exchange activities on expected results/behaviors necessary function propose actions to increase the adoption of change (knowledge, abilities, possibilities).
Operational activities
Depending on the needs of the projects, the function itself carries out various operational activities in support of change.
