Your tasks:
- Provide and facilitate HR payroll, compensation, benefit plan handling and administrative routines and solutions that enable the business to deliver to optimum performance
- Responsibility for the entire payroll process in cooperation with external providers including compliance with public legislation, directives and regulations
- Contact person for all employees regarding the topics wages, payroll and general HR administration
- Responsibility of the general personnel administration (checklists, templates etc.)
- Calculation of the budget for staff costs and provisions and assist in the year-end processes in conjunction with the treasury department
- Coordinate and assist in the annual key HR compensation processes
- Key contact for internal interfaces regarding the topics employee information, employee lists, reporting, statistics etc.
- Cost centre updates and head count reports, tracking absences and responsibility for the relevant internal and external steps (sickness, accident, maternity leave, unpaid leave etc.)
- Responsibility for permit tracking, tax advice overview and employer statements for unemployment insurance
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial education and higher education in the HR area is beneficial
- Profound experience in the payroll area is mandatory
- Solid knowledge of the Swiss social legislation
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office, Abacus and Workday experience is beneficial
- Fluency in German and English
- Result-oriented, ability to develop plans/solutions and to deliver expected results even in ambiguous circumstances
- Experience in developing HR plans/initiatives and aligning people management practices to support business objectives
