Description

We are urgently looking for an SAP SD CS consultant for a role in the Netherlands

Required experience:

  • 7+ years of SAP ECC SD-customer service implementation experience.
  • Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in SAP SD-Customer service
  • Experience in service contracts,rental contracts,complaints,repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location
  • Integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects to track costs of repair.
  • -Install base master setup, tracking and integration with serial number tracking
  • - Extensive knowledge of Service work orders and integration throughout repairs process
  • Any experience with SAP and SFDC integration is added advantage.
