Commercial Manager
My banking client in the North West requires a Commercial Manager to work on a 6 months contract paying up to £500/day. To be successful in being selected for this role you must have experience of Applications Migration experience (ideally within Cloud) and due to moving to the Cloud you will need to have licensing experience and have worked on a similar migration project.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and advise on all contract and commercial performance activity within the agreed portfolio of projects, including
* Contract interpretation
* Contract issue and risks
* Contract change
Support for third party sourcing within the agreed portfolio of projects including
* Negotiations
* Contract and schedule drafting
Key Skills/Experience Required
* Strong commercial awareness
* Understanding of Contract law and contract knowledge
* Working within major change environments
* Contract (Schedules) drafting and negotiation
* Project dynamics
* Planning and reporting within the context of contract management
* Stakeholder management
* Attention to detail
* Decision making and independent working within the given role parameters
