SAP R/3 Business Analyst EWM - Extended Warehouse Management
THE ROLE:
Provide Business Analysis expertise on a large migration project at our client site in Brussels.
YOU WILL:
*Manage/take part to the life cycle of the application (SAP R/3 & eWM)
*Ensure follow-up of IT Incidents (SPOC between BUS & IT, support to users, follow-up of IT tickets, and management of unplanned events/CAPA);
*Perform investigations on data within the system;
*Initiate and manage Requests for Change;
*Implement corrections/modifications into the system applying the IT change management cycle;
*Perform systems periodic reviews;
*Manage data migration/conversion;
*Take part to systems upgrade;
*Take part to IT projects phases (user requirements definition, informal testing, validation and users training).
YOUR PROFILE:
-University degree Graduate or equivalent experience
-Experience in supporting business system users
-Experience in SAP (R/3 and/or EWM)
-Good communication skills
-French-speaking and good knowledge of English
-Ability to manage time and priorities
-Analytical mindset is a must
-Comfortable with the use of IT tools and big amount of data
-Good knowledge of pharma industry and in clinical studies/testing is an advantage
-Flexible and stress resistant
