FTTH Project ManagerWe are currently recruiting for our client, a market leading telecommunications company, for a FTTH Project Manager to join their office and team in Paris.

Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for FTTH or optical fiber turnkey projects in terms of cost time schedule and client relations.
- Identify and establish project turnkey process and sub-process of each phase of the project (designcivil workTIOptimization)
- Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources & plans & monitor all activities
- Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations
- Handle customer & stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence & trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings & customer events
- Manage project finance: ensure financial figures (RevenueCost) reach required target
- Customer reporting and internal management reporting
- Deeply understand internal process and project management IT tools to ensure all internal KPI reach the target
- Can take leading and guide for TK project sales
Qualification
- Experiences as PMPD on FTTH or optical fiber Turnkey project E2E management
- Good knowledge on Turnkey project process
- Very good knowledge and experience in civil work projects
- Radio site solution knowledge
- Very good leadership and management Skills
- Excellent interpersonal Skills and Strong customer orientation.
- Self-motivated and works well under pressure
- Creative on innovative solutions
- Very good ability to adapt to change
- Fluent French and English language
