Job Description:
TF (technical file) Engineering Project Manager
The role is responsible for the proper execution of Technical File remediation projects.
Responsibilities:
To manage the projects in accordance with Company objectives.
To manage 3-4 projects at the same time with 4-10 core team members.
Responsible for the whole execution of the projects.
Ensures that the excellent interdepartmental relationships are maintained with all other Company depts.
Monitors are coaches the project team members to ensure that this objective is met.
Requirements:
- Education - Academic degree in relevant engineering discipline.
- (Relevant courses in GMP, project management, process/design excellence and personnel management)
- Experience to be not less than 5 years in industry of which not less than 3 years in Medical Device/ Pharma industry
- Expertise in Risk Assessments, Product Development, FDA compliance, MDR, 21 CFR 820
- Highly focused, excellent communicator, fluent in English, German a big plus.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral
- Result driven, Excellent social skills, Team player, Able and willing to work in a complex organization with highly detailed rules and regulations, Computer literate
- Able to work in a global organisation.
- Some flexibility in working hours is required, Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision; Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.
- Language proficiencies: English and German spoken and written
