IT Business Analyst - Bank

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a IT Business Analyst for a project with a leading bank in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Financial Crime Change Programme (FCCP) is a group-wide programme consisting of 5 different Work-Streams that are all designed to improve the bank's policies and processes around preventing Financial Crime.
One of the top priorities is to design and roll out key KYC guidelines and technology.

You will be taking the role as a Business Analyst in the KYC Technology area and act as the bridge between Business and IT.
Your areas of responsibility will eg be analysis of new business processes, needs and requirements and translate those into requirements used for technology and functionality updates in the bank's KYC tools.
This includes GAP analysis and information-/dataflow documentation.

This role will support and suggest solutions with implementation plans within the bank's KYC processes and solutions which covers all business areas and geographies

Requirements:
- This position requires strong Business Analyst skills from change projects or programmes including developing and maintaining project plans, managing risks and issues. (Preferably ISEB diploma or similar)
- Experience in undertaking change analysis, and designing new business processes, gap analysis and data flows.
- Stakeholder management is mandatory and you will be working closely with eg. IT, Architecture, Compliance and Business in order to effect changes.
- Experience within KYC or AML is preferred but not a prerequisite
- Experience from CRM or Workflow tools change projects are preferred, and general understanding of IT systems
- As a person, you are structured and have high quality standards, and you always strive to find the solution that is best for the bank.
- As the project covers all geographies you can expect that you will be required to travel within the Nordics.
- PowerPoint, Visio and Excel skills are a requirement. Fluency in English is a requirement (speaking and writing).
