Title: Scrum Master
Location: Prague, Czech Republic (ideally locally based individuals)
Day rate: Circa €250/day
Start: Within 4 weeks
Length: 12 Months
Languages: English Speaking
Next Ventures are looking for 3 Scrum Masters for a large client based in Prague, Czech Republic. This client are currently redesigning the Commercial Model, and require several individuals to come on board to manage the individual sprints over the course of the next 12 months.
The ideal individual will have the following experience:
3 years' experience as a Scrum Master
Great experience within both Scrum and Agile Methodologies
Excellent experience ensuring all Scrum processes are being compliant
Ideally Scrum certified (not mandatory)
This individual will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
Assisting the product owner maintain the product backlog
Ensuring the team is completing the product definition correctly
Coaching individuals within key Scrum principles, in order to deliver high-quality features for its product
