Internal/Employee Communications Consultant/12 months Contract/£+++ per day/South West London
Employee/Internal Communications specialist required for a leading international technology brand. This is a regional role, and reports directly to the Head of Communications, EMEA, with dual reporting into the Global Head of Corporate Employee Communications.
Selected Role Requirements
- Lead internal communications events and programs across the region;
- Analyze results of communication activities and reporting to management, documenting success in communicating key messages;
- Manage the development, implementation, and coordination of internal communication strategies to help employees understand and engage in vision, strategy and culture;
- Serve (alongside Head of Communications, EMEA) as the communications counsel to EMEA executive team, internal customers such as HR, and in-country communicators;
- In close partnership with the People Team, support new employee-focused process, policies, and programs to ensure they drive forward the culture of collaboration, innovation, wellness, and inclusion;
Person Requirements
- Extensive experience of leading internal communications for a major brand, ideally with a regionally dispersed workforce
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with a special ability to cut through with a succinct, modern communication style.
- A self-starter, detail oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Well-developed change management experience including complex organizational and cultural change.
- Resilience, speed and grace under pressure.
- Diplomatic, with the antennae to pick up on, and manage, organizational and cultural sensitivities and change.
