Description
Our client is looking for a Pharma Experienced SAP Integration Manager for a project based in Europe.
This role is responsible for the design, coordination and delivery of the project. This senior position will be responsible for standardization, controlling scope, and cutover.
Candidate should have previous SAP or other system implementation experience in pharmaceutical environment and should have exceptional communication skills and be able to communicate effectively between different functional areas.
Candidates must have pharmaceutical experience.
Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple resources both in IT and within the Business.
- Acting as key between the Business and IT
- Working with Business Partners to understand needs and identifying clear scope.
- Supporting budget management
- Responsible for assessment, blueprint and execution estimates
- Responsible for the Integration roadmap and driving the projects to stay on track.
- Ensure accurate estimates from the team
- Ensure delivery all projects consistent with committed dates, budget and scope
- Responsible for documentation of all relevant integration information
- Co-ordinating relevant information between different functional areas
- Co-ordinating meetings
- Responsible for setting and reviewing objectives
- Responsible for System testing
- Evaluating and resolving problems
- Ensure meeting strict deadlines
- Coordination of the development processes
Requirements:
-5+ years experience with international projects and roll-out experience
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Lifecycle is must
- Experience in large SAP ERP global rollouts.
- Solid knowledge in SAP
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience in validation process
- Fluent spoken and written English, German is a plus
- EU passport or valid work permit is must
