Our client, is looking for an ePayment Management consultant with experience ideally in the middle east for Government.
Ideal candidates will have a familiarity with United Arab Emirates Banking and payments, experience working inside or outside the United Arab Emirates on digital payments solutions and technologies such as credit cards, banks, bill pay and solutions, payment gateways, digital wallets, real- time payments etc.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You are a product manager type.
- Strategy development and execution of special payment initiatives.
- Leads and develops client special payment initiatives with focus on developing strategies for client acquisition, experience, profitability and operational soundness.
- Analyzes potential product and/or service delivery enhancements and recommends viable alternate solutions with a focus on increasing revenue and reducing costs while balancing risk and the client experience
- Performs competitive analysis, client segmentation and market research
- Champions client experience, and digital first enablement for acquisition, usage and retention of offerings introduced via special payment initiatives.
- Experience in leading the development of go to market campaigns, partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Fosters key relationships with external partners and internal Product owners, Client Segments, Solution Acceleration, IT, Marketing etc.
- Develops conclusions from analysis and takes responsibility for creating and leading portions of deliverables
- Running focus groups and facilitating workshops
- Identifies issues and forming hypotheses and solutions
- Presents findings and recommendations to clients
- Implements recommendations/solutions and ensures the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
- Liaises with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.
You are responsible for the completion of part of a project
- Designs deliverable content
Preferred
- Worked in the area of digital payment development or in a similar
role
- Proficiency in the Arabic language is a plus; English language proficiency is a must
-Solid experience in replacing Legacy payment systems and operations
-Experience in designing, operating, or implementing vendor payment platforms
-Understanding of end to end payments life cycle:
