Scrum Master/Banking/International/IT
Looking for an experienced Scrum Master for a long-term assignment with one of the largest International Banks in Amsterdam. This is a great long term opportunity. The client in moving from a Waterfall approach to an Agile/Scrum methodology. You will be the scrum master for two/three scrum teams. You will help to set up, build and coach the Agile teams
- 3 Years' experience working as and Scum Master
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication and motivation skills
- Experience working in an international banking environment
- Experience to work with offshore vendors
