Description

My client a global manufacturing Company are looking for a part time finance assistant to work 25 - 30 hours per week ideally over 5 days.

Overall Mission

The Finance Assistant will work within the Expenses department to audit expenses vouchers to ensure compliance with the expenses policy and tax regulations. They will also work with the Customer Financial Services department to process receipts for the Unitek business.

Key Job Responsibilities

Expenses
Auditing and processing of expense vouchers
Balancing of weekly expense payments
Raising payment request for weekly payment
Issuing of weekly advice slips
Dealing with expenses queries
Liaison with auditors (External, Internal etc)

Receivables (Unitek UK and Ireland)
Record cheques
Bank cheques
Match remittance advices to payments
Post cash on the A+ system

Numerate
Articulate
Able to communicate at all levels
PC literate - Excel/Word
Work to deadlines
Able to prioritise

Qualifications

GCSE equivalent Maths
GCSE equivalent English
