Our client is an East London local authority.
We have been asked to supply a Data Quality & Performance Specialist to work on a project to improve the quality of data in Adult Social Care.
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience
- Improving data quality and management of information on Frameworki, ContrOCC and ideally, SAP
- Complex reconciliation of performance, finance and spend data
- An understanding of Adult Social Care practice and social care practice
- An excellent track-record in problem-solving in a data quality role
- Project management
The work will involve a mix of:
- manual database entry
- checking for errors or omissions in the data
- correcting records
- identifying issues in data quality and processes
- user guidance
Soft skills
- stakeholder management
- ability to communicate at all levels
- self-starter able to work under own supervision
