Change Manager- Financial Services
My client, a leading Financial Services company, is looking for a Business Change Managerto join on a contract basis. You will join the Change & Learning workstream which is responsible for Drive programme change management, communication, training and learning & development engagement across the firm. This role holds the relationship of change and communication across the business work streams and the firm. This is a key role as it ensures consistency in both the output of the documentation and the engagement with the firm.
Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with the project teams, to coordinate change, communication and engagement activities across the Drive programme workstreams, ensuring a coordinated approach for the firm
- To maintain the programme level rolling communication and engagement plan
- To maintain and update programme documents including, stakeholder plans, communication plans, business impact assessments, Intranet content, etc
- To share knowledge and best practice between Drive programme workstreams
- To advise and coach programme and project team members on communication best practice
- To work in partnership with the firm's subject matter experts within the workstreams
- To identify the best methods of engaging with the firm
- To coordinate and manage production of content and materials for change and business impact interactions within Drive and across the firm
- To contribute expertise for content development and delivery of change, communication and business impact materials and activities
- To facilitate engagement activities, for example focus groups, online meetings, business change forums, etc
Key requirements:
- Experience in defining and developing materials for large change projects/programmes
- Ability to work in a challenging and time pressured environment
- Can build strong relationships quickly and work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience of working with sensitivities of people in change
- Candidates with a Communications background would be beneficial
