Senior Facilities Manager - Hard Services - BIFM, CIOB, RICS, 12-months - Edinburgh
Our public sector client has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager to lead on the management and delivery of their Hard FM Services. The appointed candidate will be from a technical background and their focus will be on the key areas of Hard FM, Property and Asset Management, Workplace Management, Operational Management, H&S and FM information and data management systems.
Essential Criteria
- Experience of the management and provision of Properties and Hard FM services for a client side multi-site operation, including leased premises
- Experience in the development and implementation of Service Delivery Plans, policies, procedures/process and systems development for (Hard) FM Services
- Strong technical skills in the area of Hard FM and property management, with working knowledge of building services systems
- Educated to Degree level in a related field or equivalent qualifications and experience
- Postgraduate qualification or equivalent demonstrable management experience
