Description
Service Assurance Manager
Service Assurance Manager will have to provide a dedicated Service Assurance Manager (SAM) who will be responsible for oversight, service governance and programme management for matters relating to the SharePoint solution; the SAM will also be responsible for resource management of the SE's ensuring that there is backfill when appropriate.
Oversight on resources to ensure all in scope tasks are completed in a timely fashion and to agreed CC timescales
Management of the service & governance
Preparation of and presentation of the monthly service report to be reviewed in the service review (data to be supplied by CC subject to confidentiality requirements)
Resource co-ordination of all SEs within the service
Assists with optimisation of SEs workloads and planning with other suppliers and KE stakeholders
Ensuring SEs have appropriate training and are skilled in the latest SharePoint products throughout the term of this SOW
SharePoint Tech Manager to implement & run a managed service onsite at client site

This is only 2 days per week.
