A Global Energy Trading organisation are currently seeking a Pricing Analyst to join them on a 6 month rolling contract in London. The role sits within the Pricing Operations team and will act as a primary interface to the Front Office and Commodity Risk teams.
£25 - £27 per hour - 6 Month Contract
Key Accountabilities:
*Manage the smooth operation of a portfolio of pricing settlement valuations
*Pro-actively manage relationships with global stakeholders - with particular focus on Front Office and Product Control teams
*Ensure all items raised through the MI/MA process are cleared efficiently
*Support the team with cover and query resolution
*Engage with the Front Office to improve straight through processing of settlement valuations
Key Requirements:
*Experience of working as a Pricing Analyst in a global Financial Services or Commodity Trading organisation.
*Understanding of financial and accounting principles
*Understanding of oil/gas trading principles/operations
*Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
*Commitment to business control including the courage to speak up when appropriate.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
