Your tasks:
- Incident management and problem management
- Troubleshooting and investigation of application issues
- Change management
- Assisting in investigations and information requests from the Supply Chain organization
- Global testing and documentation activities
- Best practices together with site: Review and optimize the fit between the software functionality and the process
Your qualifications
- Good understanding of the Shop Floor Serialization Business process
- Basic understanding of the Serialization-relevant Supply Chain process
- Experience with Shop floor Track and Trace systems
- SQL knowledge
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
