Expert Communication (m/f)

Description

• Gather, adapt and transpose successful internal/external communication approaches
• Drive and own internal communications contents from the Markets Office
• Coordinate and harmonize content for internal communication of all Markets Office pillars - Marketing, Innovation, Digital as well as Products and Services
• Develop and support use of group-wide customer centric and marketing communication standards and tools-design of language, content and look and feel for customer centric communication throughout the Markets Office organization
• Create and deliver regular and engaging cross-regional marketing communications throughout the group incl. internal and external marketing best practices, customer stories and customer experience and campaign results via newsletters, reports, intranet postings, etc.
• Promote best practice sharing and mobilize culture change through regular experience shares and conferences
• Create regular reports to be shared with the board, other governance/steering groups, and units incl. solution management, sales, and distribution

• Profound professional experience in corporate communications, experience with board communications
• Proven experience in project management in international environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Outstanding hands-on-mentality and solution-oriented thinking, positive to change and flexible with the ability to adapt and reformulate plans as necessary
• Ability to create and/or maintain, engage and influence a strong stakeholder network in a corporate environment
• Significant communications and stakeholder mgmt. experience at senior level and in an international setting
• Ability and passion to host customer sessions F2F/online, to engage with different audiences to increase their understanding of the customer needs and to spread the voice of the customer
