Description
A Top Tier Investment Bank are recruiting for a Global Pension Risk Manager to provide strong support in the shaping of the pension risk management infrastructure of the Bank as well as the technical support towards model governance and support for the PRA stress testing exercises.
It is essential that the Global Pension Risk Manager has the following skills/experience:
- Pension expertise, ideally a pension consulting actuary
- Model testing skills necessary
- Knowledge and experience in policies, process, risk management and governance pertaining to pensions in multiple countries, especially in the UK pension system
- Strong communication (both verbally and in writing) and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate and influence the case for risk management in the language of business
- Experience consulting to global companies on managing global pensions risk an advantage
- Understanding of Basel capital frameworks an advantage
- Qualification - Ideally fully qualified or near qualified Actuary
