KYC (Know Your Customer) Business Analyst is required for a 12 month banking sector assignment, located in Copenhagen/Denmark.
You will be taking the role as a Business Analyst in the KYC Capability area. Your areas of responsibility will be related to gathering data from different sources, making as is' analysis and designing new business processes including GAP analysis and dataflow documentation.
This role will support and suggest solutions with implementation plans within the KYC processes and solutions which covers all business areas and geographies so there might be travel to other locations required.
The ideal candidate for the role should have:
- Strong Business Analyst skills from change projects or programmes including developing and maintaining project plans, managing risks and issues. (preferably ISEB diploma or similar)
- Experience from the financial sector is a prerequisite, experience with KYC/financial crime is preferred.
- Experience in undertaking change analysis, and produce required artefacts to describe design solution, including functional models, organisation charts, role descriptions, FTE sizing, process/customer journey maps, requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- PowerPoint, Visio and Excel skills.
- Fluency in English.
