Senior Business Analyst #
Malmö/Helsingborg, Sweden (remote/off-site work possible; some travel required outside the primary working site)
Start date: /Duration: 4 months initially
Role
We have a contract opportunity available for a Senior Application Specialist for a project in Malmö, Sweden. A pre-study has shown that foundation data setup needs to be changed for the BMC Remedy (iDesk) to get the implementation sustainable.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the existing iDesk set-up and provide a base for the scope and the detailed planning of the necessary change
- Capture, analyze and challenge business needs.
- Identify and document business requirements
- Facilitate the elaboration of feasible solution alternatives based on business requirements
- Identify dependencies between solutions.
- Support the final solution design, safeguarding the initial business needs
- Coordination with business stakeholders and OSS
- ITSM roadmap
Required skills/experience:
- Requirements management methods and tools
- Business Analysis
- Understanding of the applied business processes
- ITSM support tools.
- ITSM Processes
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of ITSM support systems (BMC Remedy)
