Description

We are looking for a Quality Expert for our multinational client in Stockholm/Sweden

Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultant

  • The consultant will carry out quality improvements in the area of Product maintenance, IT governance, Project, programme and portfolio management, Quality management.

  • Contribute to planning and coordinating change management activities, including communications, sponsorship, coaching, training, and management of resistance to change;

  • Advice and guide on best practices in management and implementation of improvements, in a scope of:

    • Product maintenance in ICT;

    • Project, programme and portfolio governance and management in ICT;

    • Corporate IT governance;

    • Quality management in ICT.

  • Document processes, work instructions, templates and other necessary process documentation;

  • Provide training in ICT industry best practices, models, methodologies, frameworks and standards, eg COBIT, ITIL etc.;

  • Assess efficiency and effectiveness of the implemented improvements.

Main deliverables of the consultant

  • Plan and progress reports on the assigned improvement work package;

  • Change management plan(s) and communication activities;

  • Advice provided;

  • Process descriptions, work instructions, templates and other necessary process documentation;

  • Training (if necessary);

  • Assessment reports;

  • Amended and/or reviewed documents as per assignment.

Education and Experience

  • University degree with minimum 5 years experience in IT, quality management

  • Experience in managing quality improvement projects in ICT

  • Experience in establishing and managing software product maintenance processes

  • Experience in ICT project and product quality assurance and quality control activities, eg quality gates, testing, etc.

  • Knowledge and experience in Project, programme and portfolio governance and management, as well as corporate IT governance

  • Knowledge and experience in organisational change management

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Certifications in the field desirable (COBIT, ITIL, PRINCE2 etc.)

General competencies and skills:

  • Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working

  • Good communication skills

  • Good knowledge of English language

Candidates must have a passport of an EU member state or a valid work permit for Sweden
