Solution Architect/Principal Consultant - Identity and Access Management
Skills Required:
- 10+ years of experience in any Identity and Access management products with 3-4 years in executing cloud based IAM solution (primarily implementation of Quest IDM/AM product)
- Solution Architecting and design for any of the IAM product involving role engineering, role based Access, SSO, access management, Identity management, Identity analytics, Identity governance, federated access using WS*, OAUTH 2.0, SAML 1.1 & SAML 2.0
- Working experience in JAVA, J2EE development with IAM implementation as a core solution
- Exposure to next generation security solutions for the areas like mobile, M2M, IOT and cloud Security etc. - a plus
- Expert in LDAP concept and should be able to architect & design IAM solutions, directory schemas
- Awareness of various IAM security products, methodologies and processes
- Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to understand and support multiple consulting/development project engagements
- CISSP/TOGAF or any other security/Enterprise Architecture certification - a plus
Experience/Job Responsibility:
- Solution Architecting/Design using IAM Tier -1 product suites preferably Quest IDM/AM
- Functional Knowledge of various IAM products in the market and trends of IAM in future
- Integration with applications such as CRM, Banking applications, Healthcare applications and portals etc. with IAM products
- Domain knowledge of either BFSI, Healthcare or Manufacturing
- Architect/design, technical guidance to implementation, & execution of project teams
- Work with internal/external teams to understand security/Architecture requirements and deliver against plans
- Ability to discuss and present solutions to CxO level
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to program objectives and security processes, and take responsibility for achieving team deliverables, hitting target milestones
- Meet challenges with resourcefulness. Generate suggestions for improving security management practices and methodologies
