Our public sector client has an exciting opportunity to join their fast growing environment which is under transformation and modernisation for an Internal Communications Manager based in Edinburgh for 3 months. This is a great forward thinking culture in an ever evolving environment as they want to remain a state of the art in processes and technology. This means they will provide you with excellent exposure to a multitude of processes and ways of working you wouldn't see in many other organisations in Scotland, such as Agile project management in a Comms team making experience here highly desirable on a CV.
Desirable Experience
- Extensive internal communications experience
- Experience of managing and delivering multi-channel internal communications and staff engagement activities
- Experience of communicating complex change to all levels of an organisation
- Experience of identifying target audiences and tailoring to them
- Experience of an organisation undergoing Digital Transformation
- Experience of Agile working
- Public sector experience would be desirable.
