An exciting opportunity is now available with Europe's leading airline. The position reports to the Head of Internal Communications and is part of the wider organisation's Communications department.
Your role will be to partner with the area of business you're assigned, acting as a dedicated resource for that area, working with them to define their key messages, implement and measure 'local' internal communications plans and engage their people in ongoing conversation about important issues. Additionally, to provide information to the communications team about the initiatives coming up from within the main business areas
To support key senior management in the delivery of their key business objectives by providing:
- excellent writing/editing support to shape messages and align with business goals and strategy
- strategic advice on the most appropriate and best practice methods for delivery of key messages
- information about initiatives in other parts of easyJet or that may have an impact on their requirements
- evaluation and measurement of communications activities
You will also support and help deliver a two way communication and engagement plan for the area that involves the management of the division in the communication process. In doing so you will proactively develop positive relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
Suitable candidates will have a strong background in an Internal Communications Manager role. You will be a creative thinker who can develop and implement ideas in line with airline culture.
You will need to demonstrate experience of acting as a 'communications consultant' with an understanding of how to define business driven, results oriented internal communications plans either in an agency or in-house.
You must be able to show experience of working closely with senior management and influential stakeholders.

Please note this role will be working 4 days per week.
