Dans le cadre d'un programme de support pour un gros client de l'industrie chimique, nous cherchons un delivery manager pour piloter une équipe de consultants SAP plutôt sur PtP. Procure To Pay.
Mission
Accountable of the delivery of the 9 services in front of the client for his/her stream
Accountable of the applications portfolio for his/her stream, guarantee the consistency of the IT solution
Organize his/her team to achieve stream objectives
Operational Leader on capacity management (forecast)
Coordinate the actions within his/her perimeter
Assign achievable targets to onsite teams + onboard offshore team when requested
Escalation point for Incident and Problem Management activities: identify, manage, contribute to the action plan where needed
Responsible to manage the improvement plan for his/her stream (Knowledge Management, Skills mgt, Problem mgt)
Represent the stream in appropriate Program Governance Committees (internal/external)
Effective and timely reaction on escalations, complaints and Customer Satisfaction surveys in relation with the Customer Service Manager
Manage the day to day relationship with the Client
Extremely good knowledge of PtP (Procure To Pay) is a must
Report on his scope (KPI analysis, action plan, improvement proposals)
French and English languages is a must
