Harvey Nash's Public Sector client requires an Internal Communications Manager to join them on an initial 3 month contract starting ASAP.
This role will involve delivery of exceptional internal communications and engagement campaigns across the organisation.
Main Duties:
. Develop and implement internal communications and engagement plans to support projects and business needs
. Delivery key elements of internal communications strategy
. Engage and manage external contracts when required
. Provide professional communications advice to other areas of the business
. Provide a professional editing and writing service
Essential Skills:
. Experience managing and delivering multi-channel internal communications and staff engagement activities during project development and delivery
. Educated to degree level within communications, engagement or marketing, combined with relevant proven experience
. Skilled in working within multi-disciplinary project teams, supporting communications and engagement activities during development and delivery
. Experience of communication complex change to all levels of the organisation
. Experience within an agile project management environment
. Public Sector communications experience
. Previous experience within a digital transformation would be desirable, ideally with experience in delivering an enterprise-level Intranet
