Description
I am currently looking for a Computer Associate Agile Central Coach for a project in Brussels.
The contract is initially till with a possible option to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Educate and align on principles, practices and philosophies concerning a particular discipline
- Facilitate adoption and practice of a particular discipline
- Coaching and mentoring
- Teaching/training of particular knowledge and/or skills, complementing or amplifying classroom training's
- Empower cross-organisation coaching (mutual coaching between teams or target groups, and peer-to-peer coaching) Ambassador of change
- Empower self-organisation of teams
Our client are looking for someone with the following skill-set:
- Vast experience in coaching
- Experience in providing support for agile, lean, waterfall, stage gating and FFPA
- Strong presentation skills in FR or NL
- Experience as a trainer
