Description
My customer is looking for an English speaking SAP EWM MM consultant to work in the Netherlands until the end of the year with extensions (3 year planned project).
The consultant will need be required to travel 35% of the time to the US, (paid for by the customer).
Start Date: 1st March 2017
Duration: 10 Months + extensions (3 year planned project
Location: Netherlands with travel to US (Eindhoven with travel to Wilton)

Job Description
Key areas of responsibility and related deliverables in this function are:
- Work with Business Team Leads, IT Team Leads, IT Solution Architect and the IT Project Manager to realize all elements related to project deliverablas planning and execution
- Will be as leader responsible for project deliverables of the LOGISTICS Team consisting of: MM/SD/EWM/SAP Transportation Planning and control/SAP LE/Integration Point Transparix/SAP GTS/Adobe document Services (ADS)/MRP/RFID/AUTO-ID/EVENT MANAGEMENT/X-TALK experts.
- Manage integration with IT solution teams and align LOGISTICS of deliverables and resources
- Ensure that (MM/EWM/SAP LE) LOGISTICS teams project deliverables is documented (Solution manager/MS Project/share point/AGM-scrum tool (=HP Agile Manager) and understandable
- Measure and monitor progress during project milestones, validated and piloted on time and that it meets or exceeds expectations
- Review IT LOGISTICS teams deliverable steps, validation with Business/IT project team/Local IT project teams to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria
- Participate in quality management reviews to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards
Experience needed
- IT LEAD Consultants must be able to manage teams (Project management skills), content (Discuss with Business) and being a domain expert for a specific module within his/her team.
- Demonstrated consulting background in a leading role on at least two full life cycle SAP ECC Implementations for large projects of high complexity
- At least two team lead roles (end responsible) of teams > 6 team members at a full scope SAP ECC mid-size/large project
- Overall Knowledge on the MM/EWM/SAP LE integration with SAP functional modules
- Excellent knowledge of a SAP ECC implementation
- Has at least 5 years project experience as (team) leader
- Excellent knowledge of MM/EWM/SAP LE applications
- Excellent knowledge of SAP solution Managers/MS Project/Share Point/AGM-scrum tool (=HP Agile Manager)
- Excellent knowledge of Agile project methodology
- Strong in building global multi-disciplinary & cultural teams and business relationships
- Strong cultural awareness
