Fraud Analytics Consultant (Actimize) - Swindon - 6 months
My client is a well recognised Financial Services organisation who has an opportunity for a Fraud Analytics Manager to join them on an initial 6 months contract. The role is based out of their Swindon offices and offers competitive rates per day for the successful candidate.
Joining the Financial Crime department, you will join a programme where a new functionality is introduced which will result in additional fraud attacks and new authentication journeys. The purpose of the role is to define and build fraud detection and authentication strategies using Actimize Remote Banking system - Essentially, you will identify the fraud gaps as the programme rolls out.
DUTIES:
+ Collaborate with Digital Transformation and Financial Crime teams to understand customer journeys and fraud risks
+ Developing strategies for fraud detection and customer authentication - utilising Actimize Remote Banking solution
+ Liaising with project team
+ Using analytical tools to understand customer behaviour
+ Balance the needs of digital banking customers against fraud risks
+ Produce detailed analysis and reporting to inform senior stakeholders
+ Defining rules and strategy within Actimize remote banking system
SKILLS:
+ Excellent analytical skills
+ Background in Financial Services sector would be highly advantageous
+ Actimize remote banking system
+ Strong IT skills with exposure to analytical tools
+ Problem solving skills with the ability to make recommendations for solutions
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Able to work to tight deadlines
