COMPLAINT REVIEWER - ACA,BIG 4,AUDIT
A unique opportunity for an Complaint Reviewer to join a leading investment bank based in London. The key responsibilities will involve due diligence and extraction of key information from the customer records to produce a concise report on the customer journey and key points referred to in the customer complaint.
Rate: £350-£400 per Day
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP
Location: London
Skills/Experience:
- Must be have experience working for one of the Big 4
- ACA qualified
- Advanced ability to distil, credit, risk and financial information into key component parts and to make a suitable recommendation based on the analysis undertaken
Either:
- At least 5 years' experience working in a commercial and/or corporate banking environment with relationship management, risk or restructuring experience preferred
Or:
- Accountancy qualification and at least 5 years' relevant audit experience - restructuring experience preferred
Technical Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of the main SME banking products, credit processes and financial risk analysis
- Working knowledge of bank customer relationship management platforms and/or credit risk analysis systems preferred
- Competency in data investigation and interrogation (eg Excel skills)
