SAP Testlead/Test Leader required for a project with a prestigious globally operating business based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Job description:
My client is looking for a SAP Testlead with several years of experience from Testlead within the SAP area. The role is within one of their prioritized projects within SAP CRM and specifically the GDPR and ILM area, meaning working with the requirements for Data privacy where SAP CRM will be the focal system in a solution including many integrated systems.
The primary responsibilities of the testlead:
- Planning and leading all tests and being responsible for preparations of these (test data, dependencies etc)
- Creation of test plans and test reports and other test-related deliverables
- Being responsible for quality assurance of development scope. This includes test planning, test execution and test reporting
- Participating in test meetings and discuss defect reports and test status
- Participating in area test meetings and drive test talks in situation
- Providing support for decisions
- Escalating risks and problems
- Ensuring that time and resources are used in an optimal way to gain best test results
- Collaborating with testers, requirements analysts, architects, internal and external suppliers in order to perform testing of releases in limited time frames
- Review of requirement documentation, review and assess test results from test execution
Mandatory requirements:
- Working with test and test lead for minimum of 5 years
- Acting on resource and test planning on an overall level
- Testing of standard systems together and in house developed applications
- Working cross functional and observing and react on dependencies between different situations and systems
- SAP Solution Manager
Qualifying requirements:
- Certified in International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)
- ALM/Quality Center
- Jira
Personal skills:
- Adoptable to the client's methods and tools - and working environment
- Excellent managing of deliverables ("to-do lists"), time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong working knowledge of office-related tools: Word, Excel etc.
- Straightforward and open minded
- Flexible, yet structured
- Strong team player as well as good ability to work individually
- Social competence, non-prestigious
- You like a high working pace and are not afraid to work extra when needed
