Financial Analyst
This role is to work for our client in Dublin and to be responsible for the management of 3 Accounts.
The role will incorporate full accountability for ensuring that all financial, organizational and operational reporting functions and analysis are maintained and developed. Our client requires experience and proven track record in a similar role and be able to demonstrate innovative and consistent delivery with strong analytical and communications skills.
Key responsibilities for the role :
Ownership of all metrics results - customer satisfaction, operational, financial and quality metrics.
Delivery on Lean Roadmap program
Attending Client meetings including Review Board, Non-conformance meetings, incident escalation meetings and support meetings with mature and strong representations
Lead the deployment of quality standards and processes
Adherence to industry best practice
Planning, organizational, forecasting and innovation skills
Meticulous attention to detail is essential
Compliance to all policies, procedures and ethical standards
Responsibility to ensuring optimum utilisation and productivity of resources ie people, partners, infrastructure and tools
Management and planning of resources of the team
Financial control and third party/vendor management
The ability to adapt, learn and navigate internal structures and procedures
Ownership, accountability & management of month end process
Ownership and management of cost models.
Manage forecasting variances to within 3% monthly
Responsible for delivery of cost leadership targets
Identification of potential areas of cost reduction and delivery to of savings to set targets
Financial forecast changes to reflect action taken to impact cost identifying productivity drivers.
Match resource to demand through planning Improve ratio
Adhering to strict and demanding deadlines and workloads
Qualifications required:
Financial management experience; Cost model management and month end process
Proven intermediate to advanced knowledge of required tools and software ie: intermediate to advanced Excel and Data Analysis
This role will be paid in Euros.
