Job description:
My client is looking for two Testers with a few years of SAP CRM experience in combination with test experience. The testers will focus on test design, test preparation and test execution. The testers will be part of the test team within the functional area CRM and will report to the test manager.
The testers is working primarily in SAP CRM and the current CRM scope includes:
- CRM Basic function
- CRM Master data with focus on BP
- CRM Middleware
- CRM Customer Loyalty
- CRM Interaction Center
- CRM Web UIBased on: SAP CRM 7.0
Primary tasks are:
- Test Design
- Test Execution
- Support business during UAT and e2e tests
- Report result of test execution in ALM and JIRA
- Support test execution of surrounding systems
- Coordinate test execution with surrounding systems
- Defect follow up
- Regression test
Mandatory requirements:
- Functional knowledge of SAP CRM
- Test experience from SAP CRM
- Be able to communicate and document in English
- Be a driven, well organized person with excellent communication skills
- Experience in test of small and large implementation projects with many people involved
- Experience of technical testing
Qualifying requirements:
- Certified in International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)
- ALM/Quality Center
- Jira
Personal skills:
- Adoptable to the client's methods and tools - and working environment
- Excellent managing of deliverables ("to-do lists"), time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong working knowledge of office-related tools: Word, Excel etc.
- Straightforward and open minded
- Flexible, yet structured
- Strong team player as well as good ability to work individually
- Social competence, non-prestigious
- You like a high working pace and are not afraid to work extra when needed
