SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
Role: Senior Business Analyst - Dutch Speaking!

Duration: ASAP - 30.11.2017, 32-36 hours per week
For one of our clients we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst who has worked for the Dutch government in the past, has experience with Baseline Information Security (BIR - Baseline Informatie Beveiliging) and is fluent in Dutch.
You will support the administrative division of this governmental body and will ensure continuity, quality and flexibility as well as a higher level of professionalism and digitisation of this body.
You will analyse the processes and information, conduct impact analyses and create business cases as well as execution plans. You will provide alternative solutions and create specifications for the information systems based on which a functional design can be created. You will participate in projects to create specifications, verifications of the design and the acceptation of the information system. Additionally you will conduct alternative studies and provide advice to senior management, support and advice on the company processes and be the connection between ICT, Control, projects and business.
Knock-Out Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree (min)
- Min 1 years' experience in a project for supporting services
- Min 1 year's experience in an advisory role for a governmental body in the Netherlands
- At least 5 years's experience in mapping processes and creating requirements for the IV
- Experience with BIR (Baseline Information Security)
- Fluent in Dutch (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Information analysis, business analysis, BPMN, requirements, UML
You are a strong communicator, have an eye for detail and quality and are goal oriented. You are Proactive and pragmatic and can work independently.
