CRM Functional Analyst
My client, a leading financial services business, are looking for an experienced analyst with Salesforce or Selligent product experience.
You will be delivering functional business analysis for future salesforce releases and projects.
This is an English speaking environment, no second language needed. Contract like to be extended longterm!
- Business analysis: able to reveal the underlying requirement behind a customer request. Able to organise and facilitate business workshops
- Functional analysis: articulate, standardise and generalise requirement to define effective functional solutions.
- CRM expertise and experience ideally with Salesforce and Selligent
- Experience with contact management, campaign management, data governance
- Experience with customer support ITIL CRM processes
- Experience agile/scrum delivery methodology
