Global Enterprise Partners is searching for 3 Microsoft CRM consultants for an exclusive contract opportunity with an End-User in Amsterdam.
Our exclusive client is currently looking for consultants with the following skills and experience:
Functional Microsoft Dynamics CRM CS Consultant x 1
- 5 years + MS Dynamics CRM experience
- Experience with CRM Customer Service, Customer contact, telephony integration.
- Experience with UI framework, Genesy's, or multi-channel routing.
- Experience with 2015 MS Dynamics.
- Performed at least 1 full project life cycle.
- Dutch speaker preferred & fluent English
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant x 2
- 5 years + MS Dynamics CRM experience
- Experience with CRM unified service desk, service desk, or contact centres.
- Experience with UI framework, CTI, Genesy's, or multi-channel routing.
- Experience with 2015 MS Dynamics.
- Performed at least 1 full project life cycle.
- Dutch speaker preferred & fluent English
