Recruitment Business Partner - 12 Months - Stevenage, Hertfordshire

A leading Client of Modis is looking for a Recruitment Business Partner based in Stevenage with the necessity for UK-wide travel; the successful applicant will be responsible for staffing the Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain functions and will work with their customer base to ensure the consistent application of policy, process and methods, and the achievement of Staffing Plans.

This key role is fundamental in the on-going implementation of the Client's wide initiative and the delivery of a functional recruitment service in the UK.

UK Travel is necessary 2 times per month along with Europe Travel is expected to be 4 times per year. Must be autonomous and able to work unsupervised on a remote customer location.

Recruitment Business Partner Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment life cycle; Requirements Analysis, Attraction, Sourcing, Pre-Qualification, and Final Candidate Selection
  • Deliver high quality short lists after sourcing the right candidate profiles
  • Perform candidate evaluation in face to face or virtual interviews
  • Partnering with the business to offer knowledge and expertise on the candidate markets
  • Deliver the quantitative and qualitative Service Level Agreements
  • Actively support and contribute to efficiency improvement of the recruitment process (defined lead-time targets)
  • Cooperate with the other functional recruitment teams
  • Participate in selection events and fairs in close co-operation with HR marketing ties
  • Understand local professions and customers' needs

The Recruitment Business Partner will need to have the following essential attributes

  • Experience of Recruitment across internal and external markets
  • Experience in conducting competency interviews
  • Experience of candidate attraction and sourcing
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • A need to be well organised and experienced in process management
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate, especially with Excel
  • Team spirit and adaptation are key elements for this position

  • Provide sourcing, pre-selection and final selection of candidates for the divisions
  • Make the best possible use of the candidate market and to aim for top quality
  • Streamline the selection process and shorten lead times
  • Manage external candidate perception through candidate relationship management
