On behalf of one of our clients, an international financial institution, located in Prague, we are searching for external support with skills and abilities as stated below:
Software Tester for Trade reporting service (MiFID II)
The high availability and low latency requirements of the system will challenge your technical skills and provide opportunities for improvement and growth as well as insight into financial market. Your tasks include reviewing specifications, preparing test cases and test models, design and implement scripts for test automation and of course the actual test execution (manual or automated).
Mandatory skills and experience:
Critical thinking - the ability to analyse, evaluate and propose solution.
Bachelor's degree in IT or related equivalent work experience in Information Systems and at least 2 - 3 years of experience in Software Testing.
Experience in building automated testing frameworks and respective regression test tools in distributed environment using Python, Perl or similar Scripting language.
Experienced working with release procedures, test methodologies and QA processes.
Ability to derive test cases from functional and/or technical specifications.
Familiarity with Linux.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent understanding of functional and technical interfaces (AMQP, GBP).
Good understanding of Trade reporting business would be a plus.
Past experience working with Real Time systems would be a plus.
English is essential, German will be beneficial.
Financial services experience strongly preferred.

Duration until the end of the year 2017 (The contract is planned to be set up on quarterly basis)
