Your tasks:
- Administrate IBM Control Desk for Service Catalog Management
- Model and develop Service Catalog offerings
- Maintain the related applications such as Service Request Management, Change Management
- Troubleshoot and analyze problems with the attached ICO instance
- Create and maintain documentation
Your qualifications
- ITIL v3 know-how
- Experience with ITIL Service Catalog Management and IBM Control Desk, Administration (Skill Level 3)
- Experience with IBM Control Desk, Service Catalog / Service Request Management / Change Management (Skill Level 4)
- Experience regarding Jython (Skill Level 3)
- Familiarity with the ITD version and templates of IBM Control Desk (Skill Level 3)
- German language skills preferred
