Description

Peer endorsement continues to grow in importance as an influencer of purchasing decisions, and this agency, which is part of a bigger group, is right at the forefront of the burgeoning advocacy market.

They now require, initially on a fixed-term contract basis (for a period of at least 6 months), a senior customer reference specialist (AM or SAM equiv.) to join their busy team offering a wide-ranging, high-quality, content-driven service to blue-chip companies across the globe.

The format varies - everything from PDF to video, hybrid, web-text, infographic and white paper - but the emphasis is on high-quality testimonials and support materials, and the objective is to effectively service diverse needs in an informative, professional, cost-efficient and timely manner, helping clients to win more business, and in so doing, further establish the agency as market leaders in this specialist area.

Specific responsibilities will include:

- case study creation

- sales and marketing reference

- help desk support

- customer reference database management

- customer reference programme consultancy

- incentive and reward programmes

- e-newsletters and other comms

A marketing/PR agency background would be ideal for this position, and strong communication (written and verbal), organisation and project management skills are required, as is experience in managing the creation of content. A background in technology or corporate comms would be useful, but what really counts is a positive approach, a strong customer service ethic, and a belief in the power of customer advocacy!

This is a dynamic, forward-looking business, and there is a possibility of a permanent role for the right individual.
