Profile:
. Min 10 years' experience in Internal control: review and optimization
. business processes' rationalization and optimization
. Experience in a Big 4 or proven track record in setting-up/formalising internal control systems (eg responsible for SoX implementation in a mid-size company)
. Pragmatic operational management
. Experience with audit and risk management engagements
Task:
. Internal Control framework: set up, implement, evaluate and report on the quality of effective Internal Control.
