Marketing Specialist - Software Products
Our client is one of the most famous names in the IT industry who have for several decades been pioneers in the industry, remaining as one of the world's top IT companies and employers. With an EMEA Headquarters in Dublin 18 they continuously improve work processes, employee experience and the tools they use to be successful.
They require a Marketing Specialist with 4 plus years' experience in B2B Software Marketing with a good generalist background in and experience in digital marketing and running campaigns.
Initially on a rolling contract, the person will work closely with the sales teams across SMB and Enterprise and support the Business Group Lead with marketing initiatives.

How can I stand out from the crowd?
- At least 4 years' experience in B2B Marketing of Software products
- A firm understanding of the business applications market.
- You must be highly motivated with a strong track record of delivering tangible results.
- A firm understanding of digital marketing: social media, inbound marketing, content marketing etc.
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Previous involvement running demand generation campaigns.
- Business fluency in English and a strong insight of the Irish market.
- Experience working with CRM or ERP software is an advantage.
What will I be doing as a Marketing Specialist?
- Work with resellers to support them with marketing (for eg offer guidance in relation to the right marketing activity)
- Understand the products and now to message them to the relevant audience
- Build relationships, build relevant database of business decision makers for marketing efforts
- Organise events or training for partners or customers
- Work with the Communications team and Audience leads to ensure messaging is included in audience marketing plans
- Understand the marketing materials/assets available both for partners and for internal teams to create awareness and generate demand
