Client Account Manager - Banking - London - Contract
My client, a leading multinational bank and financial services company, are looking for a Client Account Manager for their Central London office.
The Client Account Manager is responsible for the service delivery to a specified group of clients under their responsibility and for exercising oversight to operations.
Responsibilities
- Support sales in developing new business
- Support sales with system demonstrations
- Support client service team (RM/CSM)
- Manage the day to day trading and settlement activity in partnership with the operations area of the client
- Act as the primary escalation point of contact for day to day activity issues
- Provide subject matter expertise for client activity for both the client and Operations team.
- Assist client with our knowledge of global markets
- Manage complex and sensitive client activity
- Provide advice and direction to inexperienced clients
- Ensure the books and records of the client are accurate and complete
- Manage the controls and risks of the client activity
- Provide oversight to the operations delivery from Lisbon
- Handle activity specific complaints
- Resolve issues on client feedback
Essential Experience
- Must have significant Financial Services experience within client facing role
- Proven track record of working within a client service environment
- Proven track record of working with an operations environment
- Industry experience or professional qualifications relating to Banks and broker dealers or securities services
- Excellent Communication skills - Verbal and Written

Contract Length: 6 months
Day Rate: Up to £400/Day
