Description

To support the launch of a new Telecoms operator in the APAC region we are currently recruiting a Marketing & Sales consultant.

Responsabilities:

Marketing

  • Create Marketing set of Business Processes
  • Assessment on Advertising & PR Plan
  • Demand Forecasting
  • Merchandising - assessment
  • Collateral Production - assessment
  • Launch management
    • Launch Campaigns
    • Post-Launch campaigns - assessment
    • Post Launch PR - assessment

Sales

  • Create Sales set of Business Processes
  • Create Sales Manuals (SOP, KAOP, DOP, Business Rules, etc)
  • Sales Channels Definition & Creation
  • Direct Sales Channel - Establish Flagship Stores Network
  • Corporate Sales Channel - KAM Team
  • Indirect Sales Channel - Establish Dealer Network
  • Alternative Sales Channel - Establish AS Network
  • Sales Support & Logistics
  • Distribution Support
  • Create Sales Targets (BP)
  • Establish Commission Structure
  • Establish MIS & e-Recharge Systems

Experience required

  • Worked previously for a management consulting company
  • Experience with Telecommunication operator in the APAC region
  • Launch management experience
