Financial BPC Specialist: Financial Control Manual, Accounting
My client, a world renowned pharmaceutical organisation is seeking a financial BPC specialist to be responsible for ensuring compliance with company Financial Control Manual (FCM) requirements, including internal and external regulations (eg SOX requirements) for FSC and other functions in local entity and outsourcing partners for a defined area of responsibility. The successful candidate will provide deliverables according to company FCM schedule and coordinate with local entity and Outsourcing providers (O&O) on establishing and maintaining an adequate control environment. He/she will support global finance process improvement initiatives, sharing leading practices.
Ideal Background
Education:
University Degree in Economics or Business Administration (or equivalent), preferably specialising in Finance
Qualified in accounting/IFRS, SOX/ICFR, FCM
Experience in finance processes, finance compliance, shared services and audit
Competencies (Describe the knowledge, skills and behaviors needed
High integrity

Operational Decision Making - possess strong decision making skills.
Analytical Skills - be able to prepare and analyse data and draw sound conclusions
