Title: Contract Administrator - WA
Location: Bothell, WA
Duration: 11 months with possible extension or hire
Rate: $19.00/hr - $21.00. on w2 without benefits
Description:
- Coordinates/administers all phases of service contract administration
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of all tasks performed.
- Entitle customers' contracts to ensure service is provided in accordance with service agreement as sold.
- Ensure customer billing accuracy per terms of agreement.
- Frequently communicates task status using available tools, ie Salesforce, email, etc.
- Provides support to Regional Managers, Inside Sales Reps, Sales Service Specialists, Field Service Engineers (FSEs), Account Managers, and customers by researching and resolving issues in a timely manner. Escalates issues to Customer Service management as necessary.
- Interfaces with internal departments to maintain correct and complete customer account and database information.
- Acts as a team player to achieve departmental goals.
- May perform other related duties as assigned.
- Exercises effective communication and listening skills.
- Ability to self-manage work load and exercise good judgement.
- May perform more than one of the following, as applicable:
- May prepare service agreement quotations for field personnel.
- Prepares and/or processes contract adjustments and credits as needed.
- Answers inbound calls through the ACD line, and assist customers as necessary.
Requirements:
- At least two to four years experience in order processing/administration, with at least two years experience in a customer service environment highly desirable.
- Intermediate skills in using MS Windows and Office (eg, Word, Excel).
- Working knowledge of SAP required.
- Ability to type 50 words per minute accurately and skill in performing 10-key data entry by touch.
- Excellent and concise oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills required in interactions with Philips Healthcare staff and external customers.
- General math skills and business skills required.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required.
- Strong organizational skills and aptitude for detail.
- Ability to use good judgment and make confident decisions under defined policies and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles desirable.
- Knowledge of Philips Healthcare products and industry standards required.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision on day-to-day activities, maintaining a high degree of integrity.
- Work well within a team environment to accomplish departmental goals.
